Why is it that we all seem so intent on our difficult situation? Our lives are so hard and complicated that we can only choose to focus on that which immediately concerns us. We just don't have time or strength or ability to do otherwise. It would be foolish to think that we could. Even those acts of selflessness that we manage are nothing more than the grace of God that breaks through our densely overcast existence in faint rays of hope. Some would say that it isn't worth it to even try, but we know that we must struggle against our minds and the hostile environment to seek some help and grace tfrom the almighty God that saw fit to place us in our wretched state and not remove us from it, but then who are we to ask, we must just plod along as best we can...
Sound funny? I hope so. Wake up humanity, wake up self-absorbed Christians! Our God has come to free us from the bondage! Why do we refuse to look up. We are imprisoned by nothing more than the memory of chains that have long since evaporated. We HAVE WON. No question, it can't get any simpler. It has happened! We only wait to be revealed.
