Regarding The Waiting/Chasing Furies concert at Murray Hill Theater on Saturday May 8th:
We will leave Saturday May 8th around noon to drive to Jacksonville. We will check into motel rooms when we arrive, grab a bite to eat, and then head over to Murray Hill Theater. After the concert, we will stay the night, and leave early to drive back to Tampa for our afternoon worship at 3:45.
We will probably have at three vehicles going, as we are now up to twelve people. I have offered to take my minivan, Bob Spong has offered to take his luxury whaling barge, and two other people have also volunteered, whom I still need to talk to further. We'll figure it out and let you know more...
Cost:
1) Tickets: $8 each (that's a group rate)
2) Rooms (split up among everyone)
We will probably be getting 2 motel rooms, one for guys and one for girls. Some of us will have to bring sleeping bags. But hey, at least we get some sleep and a shower before driving back. If your share of the room costs makes the trip unaffordable for you, we will figure out a way to cover you, so don't sweat it.
3) Food
This is assuming that you do in fact eat. How much you spend is up to you. We will make sure cheap dinner options are available.
