While I'm plugging things, I thought I would mention that my townhouse is for rent. Its in downtown St. Pete, a block off Straub Park (which is in front of the Vinoy Resort). Details:
two stories (first floor is on 4th floor of building -- yes, there are elevators), two bedroom, 1.5 bath, washer & dryer (the machines are in the townhouse -- not just hookups!), two balconies, storage rooms, lots of closet space, central air, cable & Road Runner internet access available, multi-phone line capable, dishwasher, garbage disposal, heated pool, secure entry to building with call-up phone box downstairs for visitors, assigned parking space, bike racks inside building.
It's right there off the park so great for all the downtown art, music, and food festivals plus near restaurants, museums, shops, etc. The new Bay Walk shopping complex (Gap, 24 screen movie theater, Brainfood! Bookstore, more to come -- opening next year) being built is ONE block away, so get in NOW before everyone wants to live there! VERY close to I-375 onramp to I-275 (I worked at Home Shopping and it was just 15 minutes away). Baseball traffic (what little there seems to be nowadays) doesn't come near the building.
Minimum 1 year lease. $850.00 a month (includes water/garbage/sewage), one month's rent deposit. No pets or smokers (makes the place stinky).
