If you've never heard of them they are the best thing since the Finnish Sauna. Scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage smothered in green chili and wrapped in a tortilla. the sloppiest, sexiest morning meal on earth! And to think I never heard of one until I moved to Broomfield. Up here they have them everywhere!
