: This has been such a bitter road to the proverbial "whitehouse" of band names. We as a band will soon take the information that we have attained and shuffle it through the machine to find out who won. Then we will recount the vote to make sure that the winner will soon become the looser, and if that doesn't work, we shall start the process all over again.
Now enough of the bashing on Florida's ability to count, let me address a few things relating to this potential name change.
1. We as a band are looking to go in a bit different direction musically than where we have
been in the past as the "gingerpoets".
2. Name changes can many times be for the better.
3. Sometimes name changes are for the worse.
4. We live in Florida and are illiterate
5. ignore statement #4.
6. The fact remains that we want to reinvent our music, but not who we are, and if we are the
the gingerpoets, then that is who we are and shall remain, if we are not, then we change
everything.
7. Has anyone heard from Tim lately???
8. Please continue to give us opinions and commentary, your thought may be the deciding factor.
