Who is 14 feet tall, wears candy cane striped stockings, a jack-O-lantern on his shirt, has an eagle's head, with antlers, and the wings of a commercial jet, and who is also accompanied by two short animated fuzzy creatures who constantly sing and dance?

I don't know but I met him at IHOP the other night.
