I know that most of the old crowd doesn't support the Thursday night outreach, but the people who are involved are really a blessing. I can name quite a few people who have put a lot of work into making Runaway Cafe (I like the way that sounds) a cool place. We've also been really fortunate to have a number of talented musicians stop by to play at the jam sessions. Last week Pete M's cousins played keyboard and drums for us, and another guy brought some songs to play afterwards. They were all really talented. The latter heard about it through the grapevine at work. He said he plans to come back and bring some friends. God will continue to bring in the people that are supposed to be used in this ministry. We have a vision of something much bigger, but good things don't usually happen over night.
