Does anyone know any really good tattoo artists? I'm planning my next tattoo and want an artist who has a lot of talent and experience. I found some local portfolios on line, but most of the artists I've found are lacking in experience. I need an artist who can really make a tattoo look realistic. I prefer someone local, but I'm willing to drive for an exceptional artist.
I'm also looking for ideas for the art. I am planning something in the small of my back. I would like to get an angel with iron work or tribal bands on either side. I am very picky about angels. I DO NOT want a fat cherub or anything like that. I really like gothic statues and ethereal angels. I also like angels playing harps or violins. If you have any pictures or web addresses where I can find some, let me know.
