Randy Constan's Peter Pan pages may not exactly qualify as a journal, but why quibble? The site is just too weirdly fascinating to miss.
Constan is more than an avid Peter Pan fan; he's modeled his entire persona after the fictional sprite. "Although Peter pan is definitely a boy, to me this character is perfectly asexual, and in his eternal childhood rejects the idea of growing up and leaving [youth] behind," he writes. "Is 47 too old for such notions? Certainly not!"
Constan's ideas -- offbeat, to say the least -- are overshadowed by unforgettable photos in which the Tampa, Florida-based computer programmer strikes coy poses in outfits inspired by Peter Pan, Little Lord Fauntleroy and Gainsborough's Blue Boy. On a separate Tinkerbell page, the would-be Neverland resident advertises for a soul mate."[S]ince I do like to look androgynous, I must clarify that I am only interested in a female for a romantic relationship," says Constan.
