Thank you, I needed that just then...I made mention that God is doing some things in my life that I don't understand right now and really don't even want, which has been incredibly hard for me, please forgive me if it seems I have lost interest I absolutely have NOT lost interest I am on fire like I haven't been in a very long time and will explain more to you when I see you.
Yes, I truly want to do this, I want to see what the Lord can do if I am in the right mindset and open to Him. I don't even know if this is something I am equipped for, my flesh says no but, right now my spirit is in overdrive so back off flesh. Either that, or too much caffeine.
How do we organize this, the message board is great for staring Ideas, however I am not a leader/organizer person although I am willing. Let me put this out August 18 sounds good to me actually every weekend this month is fine, can I get an Amen? Or any other date sound better to you? Whatever, then we'll do e-mails or phone calls. I have more wonderful exciting ideas that I want ot share and talk about, too.
One more thing, I do want it to be fun also, i don't see why it can't be as long as you dont' forget to let the Lord lead you. I also would advise anyone against going alone. I have a friend that goes to a church around here and she believes she was called to evangelize (I know that is not what we are doing!) but she told me that we never go out with this type of intention alone, always at least two people. That way if someone is not nice you have a buddy. YOu know like in SCUBA, the buddy system just in case one gets in trouble.
