: : : anyone ever have a day where everything you do is way too boring and you want to run around outside and set your hair on fire and yell strange things into the sky like GIANT ANTS EAT NEW YORK NEAR ESKIMO PIE!? i've had 5 days like those this week starting on monday. yesterday was an exercise in fortitude in getting anything done. i guess i'm adjusting to "coming down" off of this really huge project i just completed. i guess sometimes you are required to be superman and other times you are required to be clark kent.
: : : well i gotta go git some thai food and hang around with my sweet girls and make funny faces.

: : Yeah! only i want to dance on top of the lykes building downtown, where the vultures gather, and then through the heat of the dancing, i want to project myself into 10,000 versions of myself dancing at various places in the earth, releasing all known animal life into a frenzy. also, i want to sing a song that will gather all the world's shopping carts into one place. something like this.

: I prefer to just set everything on fire and watch as it all burns to the ground only to be quenched by a devastating rain that draws forth these rapidly growing plants so when the smoke and steam clear I can walk among the ruins of a one-time civilization that thought itself to be the end-all-and-be-all of all civilizations just as countless others have in the past. Then I will whistle through a blade of grass and draw all the remaining humans to the mystic sound that I will teach them how to make... and watch it all start over.

I have an incredible urge at times like those to go to the forest strip naked and perform the musical "Hair" with all my friends... Then I go have chocolate icecream cones with chocolate sprinkles with Gwen Stephanie from No Doubt and we plan our feminist take over of the entire world before deciding we really don't want it anyway.
Or I just bite my hand really hard.
