To me believing on his name means believing in the person the name represents. one thing it does not mean is believing in the power of a word, or a sacred sound or in the arrangements of certain sounds or syllables. it is not like a tool for divintation. what it means is that his name refers to a person (Yeshua if i understand correctly). This would mean believing in the person who the name represnts. This might start at the point of acquaintance, but implies an ongoing effort to get to know who Yeshua is. for me believing on his name can also mean Trusting him. trusting the being whose name is Yeshua. Knowing his nature helps trust him more. These are my thoughts. i'm no expert on the spiritual life or biblical phraseology. anyway, that's my vibe on it.

: If you are referring to the defenses made regarding my post response to Paula, there really is nothing for me to say. People will defend, or expound upon what they believe. Those types of responses don't require a reply, in my opinion.
