There are many valuable insights here, and much you've said that deserves a lengthy response. I of course am on the run... :-( But I have to say that I thoroughly enjoyed this post and your views on meditation. A lot that you said also reflects my experience well. This is good stuff!
I also enjoyed the other post, too: clink! clank! clank again! I am a little bothered that my frequent slamming of cabinets at night didn't bother you enough to rate a response. It sure drove Bob Spong crazy when he stayed over... ;-)
