: : John, I think I understand this. For me it's like this in my dreams, where the machinery disappears altogether or is so blended into nature that you cant really tell where the machinery ends and nature begins. There might be huge spherical plants that are basically pure fields of communication. People might rest inside them and learn while they sleep. There are powerful symbols that convey whole thoughts and charters of information. there are huge banks of meaning in them. everything is in code and the code has a mystical tendency. whole dialogues are in symbol. this occurs among humans and machines. also the machinery gets more organic. alot of rocks and plants that are substitue machines. even animals are substitue machines. these are things i see in dreams. It is 3:32 in case this makes little sense.

: this resonates in so many chambers in my head i can't even begin. actually i've had a lot of trouble lately pulling the stuff that is in there OUT. i've been programming so much that i think i'm becoming part machine. i need to feed the wild side of my mind. i need a jumping off point.

: any suggestions anyone?

the last time i remember jumping off i was standing on the rickety dock at ballast point contemplating my move to boulder. when i said my 'inner yes', my amen, my so mote it be, then all of a sudden a huge blue heron fell awkwardly out of the sky and landed in a pile of hilarity on the planks at my feet. was it a cosmic joke? hmmmmm......won't say, but it was a heck of a great jumping off point. suddenly i realized that sometimes spinning out of control has a certain dignified elegance to it. ....to quote, myself: "whatever THAT means", take it for what it's worth.....ahhhh....something like that.
