EVERYTHING YOU JUST SAID. I KNOW WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT. I HAVE EXPERIENCED IT FIRSTHAND! I MEAN IT! NOW I WANT TO MAKE A SHIRT THAT SAYS: GROOM SOMEONE. WE NEED TO RELEARN HOW TO DO THE MOST BASIC THINGS. THERE IS A NEAT DYNAMIC IN TAKING CARE OF EACH OTHER. ONE IS THAT YOU GET THIS IMAGINARY DISTANCE THING OUT OF YOUR HEAD. YOU REALIZE YOUR INTERCONNECTEDNESS. SOME PEOPLE ONLY GET THAT CLOSE IF THEY ARE HELPLESS IN A SICK BED. I LEARN ALOT ABOUT HOW TO TAKE CARE OF MYSELF WHEN I HAVE FRIENDS WHO AREN'T AFRAID TO SHARE TIPS. GROOMING IS NOT ONLY A WAY TO STAY CLEAN AND HEALTHY, BUT IT IS A MEANS OF SHARING INTIMACY, CONVERSATION, OR SILENCE TOGETHER.
I KNOW WHAT YOU MEAN ABOUT RUNNING W THE DOGS. I HAVE SPENT ENTIRE DAYS WITH DOGS. THIS SOUNDS CRAZY BUT IT IS TOTALLY TRUE. ACTIVELY PLAYING WITH DOGS. WE GO OUT WITH OUR HUMAN FRIENDS AND SIT W THEM AND CHAT FOR HOURS. WE CAN DO THIS WITH OUR ANIMAL FRIENDS TOO. AWAY WITH THAT NONSENSE ABOUT HUMANS BEING SO MUCH BETTER THAN ANIMALS. WE ARE ALL RELATED. THE ANIMALS ARE OUR BROTHERS. GOD IS OUR FATHER. SO THERE. SAME WITH THE TREES AND STONES. THEY ARE ALSO OUR BROTHERS. AND THE WIND AND WATER AND FIRE TOO. NOT TO MENTION ALL THE PLANETS.
