: man, i couldn't locate the old bjork posts, but i'm stoked sitting here tonight in my pad, in my comfy boxers w two cool fans cutting into my back, and listening to the haunting, chilling, HIDDEN PLACE from the VESPERTINE album. to me that song is all about my bridegroom, Yesh. tonight is one of those nights where you just feel good. i mean, i'm comfortable alone. i'm feeling good in my little house. i'm happy to have gotten two things painted tonight. i have paint on my skin and i have not only VESPERTINE, but SELMASONGS as well. SELMASONGS is the collection of songs from DANCER IN THE DARK ---- strongly recommend this film ---- it has the real cool songs like: CVALDA (the machine song), I'VE SEEN IT ALL, SCATTERHEART and 107 STEPS. This movie and album were/are very touching, but VESPERTINE is like pure silk magic for the soul. And like I said, alot of it I feel applies to God. It's real spiritual, like a spiritual romance. I really dig it. BJORK simply rawks! Oops! VESPERTINE just ended, so it's time to go pop SELMASONGS back in. If the picture shows up, it's the cover for SELMASONGS. Selma was the character Bjork played. Selma was a beautiful girl. I loved her.
