Because the worlds are not total replicas, there were some major differences. The most significant being that yes, for a time, pollavon caused my people to work unreasonable hours. It wasn't totally her fault, though. We were all led by a paranoid delusional maniac who denied his own reality, and in turn, warped our internal energies in a way that eventually destroyed that entire universe. : : Since then, I have been drifting from universe to universe looking for balance. I have now landed in yours. And Steve is correct -- because my travel is interdimensional, and not through natural spacetime, my landing was off target. I actually fell face first into the Great Sand Dunes in southern Colorado. But it was fun to go rolling down the hills to the bottom. : : At this point, alas, my transporation was destroyed in the sand, and I am stuck way out west in the hot, dry air. Its great for meditation and looking at the stars, but it does limit my ability to come see everyone in Tampa. Although I hear that there are machines that actually fly through the air and transport people between citites in this world? Its an interesting concept. I may have to try it one of these days. Then we all can partake in this world's custom of 'having dinner'. : : All of this, unfortunately, will probably either confirm or deny Bill's theory. : : On the positive side, this reality seems to have a more balanced set of personalities, so the 'having dinner' concept should go quite well whenever it does occur. : : With Love, : : Bob : : ******************** : Just when I thought I had it, all my thoughts are totally confounded! : I simply do not know! : Bob is like a big strange reflecting device! I too rolled down those sand dunes, and then we drove behind them and ate Lipton Cup-a-soup, NOODLES in fact, while huddled iup in some cabin during an unexpected blizzard!
