: : Have you heard of Luti-Kriss?
: : Zao?
: : Sanctum?

: yes i have ZAO is not christian anymore juss their label is..and sanctum i have a cd of theirs..i so do not llke lutikriss..they dont do a thing for me..

: i do like narcissus...sanctifica..crimson moonlight..kekal..society's finest..stuff like that..yes..so i do appreciate christian and secular music.yeahh

I try to appreciate all kinds of music for what they are, my tastes run on the softer side but I do like to listen to headbanging earsplitting stuff once in a while, if it isn't offensive. I do listen to the words and if it blasphemes my Savior I want no part of it, also i really dont'like lyrics that go on and on about how hopeless everything is, it's unfortunate that there are good musicians who only have angst as their message.
Is secular music bad, bad, bad? I don't think it is in general, but there are some things I won't listen to, or I things I don't want my offspring to listen to because it has a negative message.
Don't even get me started on Christian music especially CCM. What an incredible waste of some of the most gifted musicians. that's all I am going to say about that. There is just not enough fo the good stuff really.
I think that is why many bands that have those Christian values don't want to get labeled as Christian bands, they just will never get heard.
ok I am stopping now.
