I just checked out this quote line from Zoolander on the net and was blown away at how many different ways that the quote, which hangs on this skeleton (how can learn if can't fit inside building?) is rendered by different people. Can you imagine why we there are people who go to painstaking lengths to try and find the most reliable rendering of the Holy Scriptures? We can't even get a very popular movieline rendered w any consistency online. I have seen at least a dozen different versions of what Derek, the 'merman', actually said online. Let's see:
how can the children read if they can't fit into the building. d zoolander?
how can we teach them if they can't fit in the building? d zoolander?
how can the kids learn if we can't fit them inside the building? d zoolander?
well, how can the children learn to read if we can't get them in the building? d zoolander?
how will they read if they can't get into the building? d zoolander?
how will we teach them to read if we can't fit them into the building? d zoolander?
do you get my drift. these are only a few. i wonder if the movie comes in different 'versions' for people w different beliefs or views on what the movie is actually about. just a thought. i think that it is very imporant to realize that nothing is untouched. even the holy scriptures have morphing text.
