Hey man, I'll pray for you. I don't have a bunch of wise advice for you but there is one thing that will help, limiting your time on the net and being around people more. Also, using the net in a more public place in a common family space or leaving a door open too. This actually helps. O.K. man--i can relate though. I've got my own struggles in life.
