Hmm. I liked the concept of the poem. Which I suppose means that I did like the poem.
My problem with poetry is that I have a hard time actually reading it. I love to hear it, however. I like going to live readings, and I have a few poetry CDs which I listen to as much as music. I have one specifically that I think is wonderful, and that I used to torment jonvon with by playing it in my car. Or did I torment bill? I think one of them was tormented, and one liked it, but I forget which was which. Or maybe it was pollavon who was tormented. I was good at tormenting her, but that was because of her people enslaving mine in our previous shared reality. Until jonvon went through a transmogrification process that converted him into one of pollavon's people and took him from mine, and then things got really confusing.
But getting back to the point -- Poetry: I personally find poetry to be an art better heard than read. It sounds like you guys all do a good job of sharing your poetry verbally, and I think I would enjoy that greatly.
