I avoid that place normally.
As you said, the food is just inedible.
But it is a lots of fun to watch everything else.
And its fun to see this 100 foot tall pinkpurple building that stands over everything around it, but is still just ina strip mall on one of the sketchy raods in town.
In any case...I was thinking about this restaurant list concept. I may have to put some actual time into it. I've lived many places, and I like to eat out. It might be a long list.
