I'm sorry I haven't posted any news about Ella yet, it's just that we don't know anything yet. The pediatrician still doesn't seem alarmed, although Carrie is. She is trying desparately to get an appointment at Eggleston's Children's Hospital for an ultrasound of Ella's spine. If they can't detect anything or are unable to see enough, they will have to wait until she is older so that she can be sedated for an MRI.
In addition to the spinal sinus, Carrie has been learning to breastfeed and be a new mother, both of which are very difficult in the beginning. Your prayers, I know, have helped because each day she is more successful and confident.
Thank you all for your love and support. Thank you for being the kind of people I can hold hands and pray with. I am extremely private about my religious feelings.
