: Its been..oh, my...DAYS..since anyone posted a 'survey' of sorts. I decided to throw one together just because its late at night and Oingo Boingo does strange things to one's mind.
: So here goes. Post answers freely as usual. Or not. Whichever gives you greater satisfaction.
: 1) Which 'minor character' in your life story has had the most significant impact in your life, and why? Extra credit: Select a minor character that would be called the 'bad guy' if your life was a hollywood movie.
Minor Character: Dorothy from "The Wizard of Oz" and Rod McKuen. Dorothy started me singing, and Rod started me writing. Although I get a real kick out of Rod now--definitely my 15-going-on-25 phase!
: 2) Which combination gives you a greater sense of comfort: Brown hair & blue eyes, or blond hair & brown eyes?
Brown hair and blue eyes intrigues me--Richard has them--but blonde hair and brown eyes are comforting. Something about the ordinariness of the eyes, or the similarity to a deer.
: 3) You are ordered to spend 24 hours being creative without ever taking a break. What is your medium of choice for your creative outputs? How will you present the results to everyone? What date should we plan this project?
OOOOH! This sounds like so much fun! I'll do it as soon as I get 24 hours! Medium of choice, writing--I can pretend I'm Stephen King.
: 4) Blue margaritas?
Absolutely! Although not the massive fish-bowl from Red Lobster, it made me tipsy!
: 5) Are you a mountain person or an ocean person?
The mountains in Monterey and in Knoxville were lovely. The Smokies were deep and mysterious, I felt like Lewis and Clark, and they were very like the ocean from the airplane in the early morning. However, the sunset just isn't the same unless you have a wide open canvas like the ocean. And at the risk of sounding like Jimmy Buffet (whose music I secretly enjoy!), the salt and the waves and the sand and the little phosporescent sparkles in the sand at night...the ocean is my truest love.
: 6) Are the people in your dreams real people, or do you create entire new beings from your imagination?
Usually just me, but sometimes people to pray for and sometimes strangers to either save or beat up.
