Guess I'd better answer my own questions, rather than leaving you insatiably curious!

>1. What is it that you love to do, and what is your very earliest memory of doing it? Singing--My mom taught me "This is the Day" while riding in our green Vega when I was 3 or 4. But she says that when I was 2, I knew all the words to "The Joker." Guess I was a blues junkie from the start.

>2. What is it that you hate to do, and how many times did your parents (or spouse) have to tell you to do it before you did? I hate doing dishes! Yet I seem to do them continuously! It was my chore when I was a teenager, and I really hated cleaning the greasy pans, so once I left the sausage skillet on the stove until the sausage grew hair and looked like Gandolf. Eek!

>3. What is your earliest God memory? I have never really heard God speak to me--I thought He told me to go back to school, but I was obviously mistaken. However, my early God memories were like the ride in the Vega. Mom reading the Psalms to me while waiting for the schoolbus, taking me with her to church home groups, where I was surrounded by adults worshipping God and talking about Him. She couldn't afford a babysitter, and most of the church people in her age range didn't have kids, so I was one of the group.

>4. What was your favorite literary or literal adventure? The Tolkien novels gave me an eternal longing for a trek through Mirkwood and up a river in a barrel. Ah, to climb the mountain and sneak into a dragon's lair! Even just 10 days in the Appalachians, with nothing but my wits, lots of scout training (which I don't have), and a can of mosquito repellent!

>5. Why do test questions always come in 5's or 10's? Je ne sais quoi? But you answered that one!
