: I loved Bob's survey so much, I thought I'd try it and see if anyone responds...

: 1. What is it that you love to do, and what is your very earliest memory of doing it? Spending quality time with my hubby, especially on vacation. I love to travel. Our first trip together was when we moved across the country. While that was an adventure, it was hardly what I'd call a vacation. Our first real vacation was a camping trip in the Virginia mountains. It was so beautiful! Steven had deer eating food from his hands. I wasn't a very good camper back then (yes, I brought a curling iron), but the trip was a lot of fun.

: 2. What is it that you hate to do, and how many times did your parents (or spouse) have to tell you to do it before you did? Hmmm... Cleaning up doody boxes. Steven and I split up the poop in our house. I'll usually clean the skunk box after he gives me a reminder or two.

: 3. What is your earliest God memory? Steven prayed with me to accept the Lord on Halloween in 1985 (I was 20). I became cognizant of God working in my life in April 1986. I remember driving by a night club, seeing a bunch of people getting wasted, and, for once in my life, feeling like I had more to live for. That moment, of finally seeing the futility in what had been the center of my life, was a real epiphany for me. At that point, I realized that God was really working in my life.

: 4. What was your favorite literary or literal adventure? I always hate picking one!

"The Hobbit" and "The Lord of the Rings" trilogy by Tolkien
"Till We Have Faces" by C.S. Lewis

: 5. Why do test questions always come in 5's or 10's? It makes grading easier!
