hey, maybe you guys could come see our house in dunedin when you're here, bob. it's a 3-story 1890 "vernacular victorian" as far as i've been able to "reckon". anyway, we're planning on opening the first floor (1,600 sq.ft) for commercial space and thinking of putting a design studio/home furnishings/art gallery in there. i'd love to hear your ideas, since we're still in the planning stage anyway! "phase 1" of the plan is to build a small coffee house in front facing the park, and "phase 2" is a garage with overhead apartment in the back. and...we're still working on our apartment upstairs. as far as the town goes, it's pretty much artist colony/norman rockwell 2002.
