I just finished reading Lance Armstrong's book about his struggles with cancer within his life.
Part of that struggle was his sterility, and the steps he had to take before and after treatment to support their in-vitro process. Although it did not go into great detail, it was an eye opening look at both the process, their motivations, and how it fits into your priorities after you have been through some very tough times.
I'd recommend that book to people because it does show an amazing story of personal growth, of which in-vitro happens to be only one of a great many challenges which he and his family had to overcome.
