The subject line of your post was perhaps the funniest most obscure reference I've seen in a really long time. I LOVE jokes that are so subtle no one gets them right away.
Unless of course the joke just doesn't make any sense, like that "lingerie store with no windows" crack from that movie that I don't remember except for being puzzled by the line. Which perhaps was the intent, but it is sad to hang a movie on one stupid line. More likely it was an injoke between some people involved in the production. That happens alot if you know what to look for, like background shots, and stuff.
