: : This is actually the first step in PU's plan to take over the world. : : The Plan -- : : 1) Become the leading source for internet marketing by ensuring that any site that gets posted on the message board receives an exponential increase in web traffic. This service will be resold, and will generate a large revenue stream, and enable Steve to pursue the rest of the plan. (See further steps) : : 2) Purchase a really cool old building in which to host all kinds of services, practice sessions, art sessions, and so on and so forth. : : 3) Use any excess revenue to continue to purchase buildings surrounding the original building, working outwards in a fractal pattern until most of the Tampa area is actually owned by Steve. : : 4) Sign paperwork or do whatever else is necessary to create their own city, thereby destroying Tampa. Bill becomes the mayor of the new city and gets to give it a new name, or even keep the Tampa name, because of his previously declared love for the city. : : 5) Now that we are a city, we get all kinds of extra government funding. We combine this with the revenue stream from the internet marketing, and with our own credit union (did I forget to mention that?), to create a whole new theory of investment which will increase our revenue stream exponentially. : : 6) We use this greatly enhanced revenue stream to become our own county, then state, then country. We eventually work our way to UN membership, and Steve becomes the leader of the United Nations. You know they have their own government that is recognized by the state?
