I think that his IP should be published as an offender, and I will use my network skills to tie him back to actual identity, and post the results for all to see. If he posts something under someone else's name again, we will look into blocking his IP, but I always hesitate to do that because there are many ways around it, and it can negatively impact other people who might use the same ISP.
I also think that once jonvon and I finish the work we are doing on the site behind the scenes, we should give people the opportunity to log in. This would prevent anyone from posting under anyone's claimed names, although people could still post without logging in, or under pseudonyms, as it would take away some fun if we disallowed that, and might make new people hesitant to join the conversations. :)
