The reason I didn't recommend echinacea is that some people are allergic to it. In taking the vitamin C you need to take vitamin C with bioflavonoids in divided doses of 3000-10,000 mg a day when you are sick. Eating organic fruits like of course Citrus and then strawberries and canteloupe are full of vitamin C. Eliminate refined sugars and reduce your salt intake. Eat a diet consisting of 75 percent raw foods. Drink lots of distilled water, fresh vegetable and fresh fruit juices. DO NOT EAT DAIRY foods.

Would need to know specific symptoms to recommend other remedies.Get Well!
