steve not a problem i will gladly pray..remember when i had all those food allegies..olive oil certain meats.etc..it sucked.. btw something this does help a lot is yogurt also if you can get some sage leafs they half to be white they are a natural abdominal healer basically you suck on the leaves and then eat them..i ll see if i have a small supply here..if you like there is a tea remedy i can make you it will help also..and one last thing raw ginger like the kind you get with sushi helps alot..

: Please pray for me also, as I am experiencing abdominal pain again. This happened a couple of months ago also, you may remember, when I experienced severe pain for a few days. I think I know what I did this time (and then). I made the mistake of eating beef again a few days ago. My body has recently become unable to digest beef at all, and it has caused me big problems every time I have eaten it recently. But I have learned my lesson now. I will not decide to try it again in a couple months. No, I will not.
