: : yeah...some portobella mushroom would rock hard in some sauce..or any kind of meaty mushroom for that...oh this is just my call..since i am such a soyhead..soy is good too..but hey..garlic...green pepper..onion..all thats good..mm..sounds great. see this is neat what yall are doin..its nice to finally go to a church where the christians arent tryin to get me to eat meat.
: : its nice to see that yall are just so open to it.
: : that makes my face smile.

neato, i'm actually way into the vegan ideal. i just haven't been able to practice it much. plus i'm a meat eater from way back. but i've had some amazing meals and foods that were vegan. paula makes vegan choco chip cookies that are freaky awesome.

: I agree -- Portabello mushrooms rock, or even just plain ole everyday mushrooms. But Shitake mushrooms are a very strange taste for some people--an acquired taste. Pepper, onions, garlic, and small furry lint balls would be great! I'm looking forward to it big time!

ok, here is the list then:

fresh garlic - fasho
portobellla mushrooms - fasho
onions (i'm thinking vidalia if i can find them but if not then yellow onions and some of those green onions, the ones that are long like stalks of grass) - fasho
green peppers (any other colors anybody?) - fasho

i don't know anything about soy? not sure what to buy or how to prepare or if anyone besides raul is into soy? would that be tofu? - not fasho

hehe :-) i'll buy the veggies on saturday most likely. they'll be fresh that way. and organic all the way.
