a friend of ours has been having an ongoing battle for several months now with his next door neighbor over choice of exterior paint colors, music style and volume, landscape materials, lifestyle, and numerous other offenses which culminated last week with the neighbor painting their shared privacy fence fuschia and adding a two-foot wide WHITE STRIPE down the entire length of our friend's driveway. this resulted in me lending my WHITE STRIPES cd to our friend so he could play it for his neighbor's listening pleasure...
