Wow! Thank you! Seems like lately when I pick up the Word, I feel like I've seen it all before, but I remember when it was fresh. I want to start memorizing verses--I get jealous of the way Steve can just spout them off, and I know that there are times that the few verses I know come in handy.
My favorites:
Philippians 4:8 Finally brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy--meditate on these things.
Psalm 1--all of it! I won't type it here--go read it!
And one that my aunt Debbie taught me before my SAT: "God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of sound mind." Anyone know where that one is?
