hey all you pu campers rockers and some hmmmmm...
i ll miss ya all on sunday..i have two shows one saturday and two on sunday at a fest. in homassasa fl. i would rather be in church but contracted for this one..i ll will try my best to get back to hang with all at fellowship..but i will pray..
God is doing some real awesome things at church. like the prayer time last sunday..i think it was very cool..and oh well if it did cut into fellowship a bit. just to see unity and people stepping out publically and caring. seeing the spirit move and seeing God do some awesome healing growing. it was just way neat..it shows me ok satan is real and wants to attack us..but God is way stronger then any little attack..oh that unwitting pawn..like ok i ll do this while God smile and says dont you ever learn..i was talking to someone this week and we both agree we are this nomadic family that is really learning to care. and then act on what is inside..calling people meeting people laying hands on people sharing our hearts..and ok sometimes so people share to long but in time they will learn..there is a teaching which is good..i rather have a stable that needs a cleaning with a messy stinking ox with mud all over it then have the stable and the ox be completely in perfecrt order. it is easier to steer someting in motion than if it is stagnant...and i know we will grow more and more into his order of doing things..
and a word on worship..i love worshipping my Lover.
adding little solos and free play in our songs is so good..it takes us fro, ok this song is exactly this long and this one is this long...and no we are not the best but we are really good. i hope to see us as worshippers grow and be more free..both players and non players..it is like worship is this beautiful movement we can do. God loves it.. it is a time of surrender a time of turning off the outside stress and going/realizing his prescence.. i know with me i am way to busy somedays and miss him which stinks and it is someting i try to do but i never want my worship time at church to be rushed for the sake of a perfect schedule. thanks steve and all my peeps at pu for loving God
kudos to cari thistle meigs for her service at church on sundays she tries so hard to keep the sharing time flowing.....lets all try to help her in being prepared and more to the point when we do share..thanks cari for doing this act of service..
