A storefront property soon to be available in the Cacciatore Brothers Plaza located at 5601 Hanley Rd. The storefront is currently being used by a church and they are moving soon. They are leaving behind chairs, a stage, and some other stuff that they can't take with them. The rent is $ 475.00 a month and I think the sq footage is 700 or a little more because there is an office space behind the stage. Steve , if you think might be an option , please post back. The broker owes my family for the business we have generated for him over the years and most of them were churches.
