Well, I've got both good news and bad news for you. I actually have in my possession the album that contains both of those stories. In fact, the album contains six total stories:
The Dare
Dark, Dark, Dark
Big 'Fraid, Little 'Fraid
Wait 'til Martin Comes
The Skinny Toe
The thing at the foot of the bed
Scary Spooky Stories is the album title, by Troll Records. My copy of the album is very scratched up. So much so that you can barely make out the story. I've been all over the internet and haven't found much on this. If you find something, I'd sure appreciate a contact for it.
