I actually am doing quite well. While all the external validations that society would expect of me are not so well (no job, etc), I am feeling happier and more satisfied than I have in years.
I have been keeping busy looking for houses and doing road trips. I just spent all day today with inspectors and contractors, trying to finish up estimates to nail down a contract to buy a house in Denver.
Once all this is done, I actually expect to finish the half-done message board. My life just kinda got crazy faster than I thought it would, so that kinda fell off to the side. Sorry 'bout that. :)
But, I still do plan to spend some time there in a couple months. And I will have a home to share fairly soon if anyone passes through this way.
It sounds from this board like everything in your area has the typical ups and downs of the world, but I keep hoping that it will turn to nothing but ups sometime soon.
