If you have taken the time to click on this I thank you. I can call this my sharing for the week since I was too sick to attend service.
Anywho I wrote this huge 4 page note to Bill this morning going on about my grievances and how I did not feel I was going to be able to handle the outcome of today. You see a couple of days ago my tooth broke off in my mouth and exposed my root, about that same time I caught the flu bug that is going around so I became pretty much useless. A few days went by and though the flu is leaving the tooth is a devil in it's own right. I am as poor as they come and do not have money enough for a jacket in the cold let alone a dentist. So I prayed on it and as always God gave me an answer though it was not what I wanted to hear. I was ranting on and on to Bill about this in my note. I was going to send it to him when I got to the college, funny thing here I am at mid of my day realizing that I am to much talka dn not enough walk.
I do nto enough half the faith of a grain of sand, because if I did I would know God would see me through, to often I am scared and I run and hide in the face of oncoming situations. I am so humbled that even in times like this God sees fit to bless me.
You see I never pulled the floppy out of the puter this morning and smart thing because God told had a different idea for my day. I started it out going to the health department to apply for an appointment to the dentist. They set the appointment for Feb 21 of next year. I was so bummed, they sent me to an outreach clinic that was closed. I was knocking on the door when a voice from inside yelled " Go Away Were Closed " I ended up sitting on the porch of the place trying to figure what I was going to do. The lady ended up buzzing me in and asking what the deal was. I explained who I was and what kind of situation I was in with my tooth and what kind of money situation I am in. She looked at me and asked if I knew how to fix a computer. " BOOM " that was it. As soon as I said Praise God and offered a prayer, " Slam ". I know have a two day appointment to get my mouth drilled on. Plus she is giving me 5 computers, for me to refurb and give to the needy ( SO COOL )
Plus I made some new friends.
Then I wnet to my work because I knew if I missed another day I was canned, they heard my plite and gave me 3 sick days. I totally didn't deserve them. I am just in awe.
Then to ice this off. I am now a registered student of PHCC with what looks like a full walk on a AS for computer programming.
Gosh I can not belive how arogant I get and how things seem so bleek and yet at that moment God has my back. I may be poor and livin dime to dime, though I am so mad bleesed this just rocks....
Oh and if you are still reading my speel, thanks this rant was important for me...
