: I do not go to your church; I do not go an organized church ; I have serious doubts about God. But I was brought up to believe in the fundamental teachings of the Bible. After reading almost all of your messages, I am hit with so many conflicting emotions. Many of you need to grow up and move on. What had evidently started many years ago as a church, has become a family. Some of you have outgrown it. Chris - you're still the baby; GROW UP and STOP whining. You weren't put on the face of the earth to do a woe is me. You have musical talent - go out and share it. You aren't the center of everyone's universe. When someone asks for a break, give it to them. Get over it. Pastor Steve has opened his heart and life through the church. He has carried it all of these years, been there for all of you, and yet when he finally admits he needs the help (the council) there is an uproar. For all of you who were against it : put yourself in his place. No wonder he had to step down. He has selflessly devoted his life to you all. Where is your support? How is it humanly possible for one man to be the Pastor to you all, listen to you whenever you call him, and when it comes time for you all to give back you run. You will never, ever find another religious family like the one Pastor Steve has built. For those who can't agree with the necessary changes - go, but for those who want to work, there is a strong foundation left for you to work on. Two things I truly believe in and have passed on to my daughter is : to treat others like you would want to be treated, and to say "I love you" because you never know when it might be the last. Don't let Pastor Steve go - you all know he loves you and treats you how he wants to be treated. Don't let you family break up
