i just called in my first noise complaint, ever.
(and since it was the first, and i've lived here over two years, it must have been loud, right?)
and now i feel guilty about it.
but jeez. the neighbor's radio downstairs was so loud it was vibrating my apt. and when i went down there, i knocked, rang, rang and knocked again, to my avail. it was so loud, they couldn't hear me.
so why should i feel bad?!?!?!?!?
