I admire that, though I don't know if I could like on a ship with thousands of other people and no escape. (there's a key difference in how I percieve the situation compared to how you do!) I would see it as more of a large, luxurious trap. A rat can be put into the most plush of all cages, one that's hundreds of times his size, but it's still a cage.
I guess that's why I like living on land, I have the choice to get in a car and go, hop on a plane, take a walk, go for a boat ride etc. I would be cautious about a ship because there's not much of a way to 'get away'.
I like the starting fresh Idea. I've recently done that, though not to such an extreme...it does feel good. What would you be looking to gain in your new, fresh experiences?

: : So...let's begin here...
: : If you could go anywhere in the world, and all expenses were paid, you had a dream job waiting for you.
: : Where would you go?
: That new cruise ship that is going to be a floating city. I would stay and work there for a bit.
: I would not take anything because I would want to start fresh. I like the thought of living on a ship always calling some new place home. Imagine waking in Alaska only to be on another continent by night fall. Wow.
