Tibet is a beautiful place. I'm not suggesting that I go hang out in the city itself, it's really the mountains surrounding Tibet that enthrall me. I'm also absolutley in love with the Chineese language. It's soft, round, caressing...beautiful!
I like the idea of going up into the mountains, spending a month alone, or nearly so...reading, researching, thinking, delving into God, livnig a more simple existence, devoid of almost all human contact. (I said almost.)
To me, even with all of the war going on, I think Tibet symbolizes peace to me. My dreams involve cold rivers, warm, arid plains and a feeling of dissapearing into a beautiful fog. It's mostly just a fantasy.

: O.K. ~N~, why would you suggest Tibet? What is it about Tibet that you identify with? I'm asking you an 'identity' question. Is there something perhaps in Tibet that would perhaps 'capture your heart'? I'm not sure what all is IN Tibet. I know they have had alot of turmoil there, what with the Chinese government and all.
