Giveawayboy: Well, now I want to find out how Brasil and databases are like each other, or better yet, to find how each of these things are like something beyond both of them which transcends and contains them. Just comparing Brasil to databases might be interesting. Or to find out the concepts that make each something like the other. This could be interesting. Who knows? I'm not proposing this as a tedious assignment. What I am proposing is this line of thinking. I believe in it since I think all knowledge is related and all knowledge fields can be integrated.

Giveawayboy: I like this. This reminds me of Marcos giving me a little model of a marker of the Equator Marcos gave me. It shows the flags of four countries in the directions where they would lie in relation to this point. This also reminds me of the Naval 'NEPTUNE CEREMONIES' which mark a ship's crossing of the Equator. These ceremonies can be quite odd indeed, and usually follow a similar pattern. New crew members called 'pollywogs' are submitted to all sorts of trials and tests administered by the 'shellbacks' (former pollywogs) who have already been initiated in this odd border crossing ritual. So, you have me thinking about 'where I stand', in relation to so many things, we could suggest the Equator, the North Star, Magnetic or True North, Geography, urls, etc. You have me wondering about all these things. Neat--huh?

Giveawayboy: FIGHT CLUB is one of my weaknesses. There was something terribly GOOD about that movie/book. I watched the movie and read the book.
