I need to add something here about Bill. Bill is trying to facilitate good relationships in constructive ways. His ways are not ideal for everyone, perhaps, but Bill is sincerely trying to better develop communication and fellowship, and I applaud him for that.
Bill is a good and kind person and we are all lucky to have him as a friend. He will not stab you in the back, nor kick you when you're down. He forgives offenses at the drop of a hat. Bill rocks.
