Thanks for sharing Kristi. Scott and I got to go see the Cherokee photo exhibit at the historical museum in OKC. It was great. We toured the capital building and then went across the street to the museum there. It was great.

If you promise not to tell Sandy Dalal or any other good fashion designers out there, I also got really inspired to do a whole series of men's clothes while I was out there. I was thinking of some fashions having to do w the 50 states and Puerto Rico. It would basically be like 51 guys, each wearing fashions inspired by the symbolism of each state or the protectorate. For instance, an Okie w a scissor-tailed flycatcher tattooed on his chest and stomach, perhaps w a sprig of mistletoe hanging on a string around his neck, or perhaps over one ear, and of course he'd be holding a collared lizard or perhaps a bass. Just a thought. Each guy would have a different set of symbols around him or on his person.
