Formula 51 & Snatch -- is it twisted to say I laughed all the way through?
All the Pink Panther movies, although I didn't like any of Peter Sellers' other movies.
The Harry Potters, although the books were SOOOOO much better. When Suzy was in the hospital, we had to think of a safe place in therapy once--Hogwarts was my safe place.
Any Jackie Chan--especially the new, American-made ones. He just doesn't take himself seriously, and the way he uses his surroundings!!!! I always have good, butt-kicking dreams after a good Chan.
The Court Jester, and all other Danny Kayes. A one-of-a-kind actor.
Anything with a truly unique plot--Monkeybone, Cool World, Master of Disguise, Who Framed Roger Rabbit, Ferris Bueller. Who comes up with this stuff? I really want to see Waking Life, but haven't yet.
And, though it's been much overdone, The Highlander. Just a really great story, although they should have left well-enough alone with one.
