I think that the Iraqi people deserve to be liberated from their oppressors.
I heard today that Saddam Hussein holds Joseph Stalin in high regard and wants to emulate him.
Who here wants to look back 50 years from now on another communist dictator who trampled his own people under his feet. 50 years from now we'd all be saying we should have taken care of him when we had the chance.
Don't get me wrong, I am not for war, but I think that the United States has an obligation in this case to not leave this loose end to further unravel and destroy a nation (Iraq) with the potential to be a prosperous and vital nation.
I think the president made the right decision.
I hope we have heard the last of Hussein.
